Help Desk
CCI provides many help desk analysts to provide quality
support to our customers. CCI tracks calls to make sure
no call goes unanswered. This also provides our customers
with a history of frequently asked questions, and gives
insight to possible system improvements. This information
is also fed back to the training area within CCI.
Technical Writing
CCI develops and maintains technical documentation such
as User's/Reference Manuals, Training Guides, Programmer's
Guides, and Methods Documents for CAE applications.
Web Development
CCI designs, develops, and maintains dynamic and interactive
web applications using CGI, Perl and Java. In addition,
CCI develops and maintains multiple department and section
web sites on the Ford intranet.
Software Development
CCI is experienced in all phases of the software development
life cycle. For example, CCI provides requirements gathering
and cadre testing sessions for Ford systems development.
CCI designs, develops, and maintains UNIX/NT based software
tools to aid software developers in code compilation,
builds, usage, configuration management, and more.
Contract Personnel
CCI trains personnel in your systems and
business practices then contracts them to you and/or your
suppliers.
